box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; margin-bottom: 1.5em; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;"> وتُركّز برمجية T9000 بشكل أساسي على جمع بيانات عن المُستخدم قدر الإمكان، وتستخدم سكايب كأداة أساسية نظرًا لأهميّته وكثرة الاعتماد عليه، فبعد أن تنجح باختراقه، تبدأ بتسجيل المكالمات وتخزينها في مُجلد يحمل اسم Intel على القرص الصلب الخاص بالمُستخدم ليتمكّن المُخترق فيما بعد من الدخول إلى النظام وسحب المُجلد والحصول على البيانات بكل سهولة.</div> <div style="border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; margin-bottom: 1.5em; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;"> وتخترق البرمجية حماية النظام بعدما يقوم المُستخدم بفتح ملف نصّي خبيث بلاحقة RTF، لتبدأ بعدها برمجيات خبيثة أُخرى بالنشاط قبل أن تُباشر T9000 نشاطها وتسرق البيانات دون ترك أثر، مع وجود فرضيات بإمكانية استخدامها أيضًا لسرقة مُجلدات ومُستندات كاملة من النظام.</div> <div style="border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; margin-bottom: 1.5em; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;"> ويُمكن للمستخدمين معرفة إذا ما كانت أجهزتهم مُصابة من خلال ظهور رسالة بعد تشغيل برنامج سكايب تطلب صلاحيات لبرنامج explorer.exe، والتي في حالة الموافقة عليها تُعطي صلاحية للبرمجية الخبيثة لتسجيل المُكالمات وسحب سجل المحادثات النصيّة.</div> <div style="border: 0px; width: 1em !important;" /> — حسناً كما تعلم عزيزي القارئ أن السندوتش يصنف ضمن المأكولات (<span style="font-weight: 700;">السريعة</span>) أي التي لا تأخذ وقت ويفضلها كثير من الناس الذين لا يملكون الوقت لتحضير الطعام أو المشغولين بعمل معين ولو قمت بفتح السندوتش لوجدت أنه خليط من أمور كثيرة وغير مرتبة ولكن هذا لا يهم من سيأكله فهو يفكر في الطعم <img alt=":)" class="wp-smiley" src="http://www.abdullaheid.net/blog/wp-includes/images/smilies/simple-smile.png" style="background-attachment: initial !important; vertical-align: -0.1em !important; width: 1em !important;" /> وهذا صحيح بالنسبة للسندوتشات فالمظهر العام غير مهم و<span style="font-weight: 700;">أما المقصود بالسندوتشات البرمجية (وأعتقد أنك فهمتها) — هي البرامج سريعة التحضير !.</span></div> <div style="clear: both; padding: 5px 0px;"> <span style="font-weight: 700;">البرامج سريعة التحضير أو السندوتشات البرمجية هي البرامج التي يكتبها المبرمجين دون تنظيم وفقط لكي يكون لها مظهر جذاب من الخارج ومشاكل كثيرة في الداخل</span> — وللتوضيح لو دققت النظر في البرمجيات العربية لوجدت أنها (في الغالب) <span style="font-weight: 700;">ليس لها الكثير من الإصدارات لأنها لم تبنى بنظرة مستقبلية صحيحة</span> فمثلاً في البرمجيات الأجنبية يتم ترتيب الكود بشكل جيد لأن هذا <span style="font-weight: 700;">يساعدهم في صيانة البرنامج بسهولة وتعديله وإضافة الخصائص في الإصدرات الحديثة</span> أما البرامج العربية فهي في معظمها فقط تحاول (<span style="font-weight: 700;">الظهور</span>) وعندما يظهر البرنامج مثلاً ويرى النور (<span style="font-weight: 700;">ولنفرض</span>) أنه أيضاً حقق شهرة كبيرة — فعندها تأتي مشاكل كثيرة للمبرمج عندما يريد اصدار النسخة الجديدة لأن خلف ذلك الشكل الجذاب للبرنامج يقبع الكثير من المايونيز والكاتشب — عفواً أقصد من الأكواد الغير مرتبة وهنا تأتي مشكلة أخرى للمبرمج <span style="font-weight: 700;">فهو أمام خيارين فإما أن يعيد كتابة البرنامج من الصفر ليسهل التعامل مع الإصدارات ويقدمها كنسخة جديدة للمستفيدين أو أن يواصل بتخريب ما يمكن تخريبه في الشفرة وذلك بإضافة القليل من الفلفل الأسود عفواً أقصد من الأكواد بحيث تصبح الأمور فوق بعضها البعض!.</span></div> <div style="clear: both; padding: 5px 0px;"> ببساطة سبب كل تلك الفوضى هو <span style="font-weight: 700;">حب الظهور</span> — <span style="font-weight: 700;">نعم حب الظهور وعدم الصبر</span> — وهذه في الغالب تجدها بكثرة في مبرمجينا إلا ما رحم ربي — وهاتان النقطتان هي من يجعل المبرمج يصدر سندوتشات برمجية بحيث تأتيه خيالات <span style="font-weight: 700;">أن فكرته لم يسبق إليها أحد وأنه سيفجر الكرة الأرضية عندما يظهر البرنامج أو السكربت وأن الناس سيعجبون به فور نزوله</span> وهذا يجعله يكتب أكواد أي كلام في أي كلام وبسرعة لينتج لنا سندوتش برمجي جاهز للأكل <img alt=":)" class="wp-smiley" src="http://www.abdullaheid.net/blog/wp-includes/images/smilies/simple-smile.png" style="background-attachment: initial !important; clear: both; color: #333333; font-family: 'Droid Arabic Kufi', 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 5px 0px;"> 1- <span style="font-weight: 700;">لا تكن مثالياً</span> : يدفع الحماس الزائد مع بداية الدراسة بعض التلاميذ إلى أن يسيروا وفق منهجية معقدة لا تتوافق مع حياتهم, ويستمرون معها (في أفضل حالة) إلى شهر من بداية الدراسة, ثم يبدأ الحماس في التراجع, حتى يعود لسابق عهده كما كان, والأفضل لك, أن تتعلم كما تحب, وبالطريقة التي تحب, ولا تظن أن الترتيبات والأمور الظاهرة هي التي ستجعل منك منظماً.</div> <div style="background-color: white; clear: both; color: #333333; font-family: 'Droid Arabic Kufi', 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 5px 0px;"> 2- <span style="font-weight: 700;">الوقت لا يمكن إدارته</span> : نحن نقول أن الوقت يدار وهذا مجازاً, لكن فعلياً الوقت يسير سواء صنعت شيئاً أم لم تصنع, لذلك, يتحدد مدى استفادتك من الوقت من خلال الأشياء التي أنتجتها, وإياك أن تتعامل مع الوقت وكأنك رجل آلي, بل قس الـ 24 ساعة بما صنعته فيها.</div> <div style="background-color: white; clear: both; color: #333333; font-family: 'Droid Arabic Kufi', 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 5px 0px;"> 3- <span style="font-weight: 700;">أسس نفسك بطريقة أسرع من الجامعة</span> : عندما يدخل بعض الطلاب إلى أقسام الكمبيوتر, فإن البعض منهم للأسف يظن أن اقسام الكمبيوتر (ويندوز وإنترنت وفلة <img alt=":)" class="wp-smiley" src="http://www.abdullaheid.net/blog/wp-includes/images/smilies/simple-smile.png" style="background: none !important; vertical-align: -0.1em !important; width: 1em !important;" /> ) – لكنهم يصدمون بمناهج دسمة جداً تجعلهم في حيرة من أمرهم, لذلك, أفضل نصيحة أقدمها في هذه النقطة هي أن تجتهد في أول سنة بحيث تقرأ في أسس التخصص بعد أن تقرأ ما درسته في الجامعة, فمثلاً بعض الطلاب يواجه البرمجة من أول أسبوع وهو لا يفقه شئ فيها, والأفضل له, هو أن يحاول أن يفهم ما يستطيع فهم, ثم ينصرف للقراءة من مصادر خارجية, ليس للنجاح , بل لتطوير نفسه, لذلك , عزز المصادر الخارجية وإجعلها شئ أساسي في حياتك وليس فقط الحياة الجامعية, وفكر في أن تتقدم على الطلاب بمستواك بمعدل فصل دراسي واحد أو سنة بحيث تقرأ الأشياء التي ستأخذها مستقبلاً كلما سنحت لك الفرصة وهذا سيريحك كثيراً, مع التنبيه إلى أن هذه الأمور لا تأتي بضرب الصدور وهز الأكتاف, وإنم تأتي بالإجتهاد والتعب والصبر, وخصوصاً في السنة الأولى.</div> <div style="background-color: white; clear: both; color: #333333; font-family: 'Droid Arabic Kufi', 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 5px 0px;"> 4- <span style="font-weight: 700;">تعب التأسيس يقل تدريجياً</span> : ومعنى هذا الكلام نك يجب أن تجتهد بأقصى ما لديك في السنة الأولى وتقرأ مايخصك في الجامعة وتوسع مداركك خارجها بتخصيص عدد ساعات كبير قليلاً, ثم بعد ذلك ستجد نفسك في السنة الثانية ستحتاج لساعات أقل وهكذا حتى تتخرج وعندها تكون قد أسست نفسك بشكل صحيح ووضعت قدمك على أولى درجات سلم الحياة العملية.</div> <div style="background-color: white; clear: both; color: #333333; font-family: 'Droid Arabic Kufi', 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 5px 0px;"> 5-<span style="font-weight: 700;"> لا تشغل نفسك بما يقال حول التخصص</span>: أنت لم تأتي لتدرس من أجل دكتور ناجح أو فاشل, ولم تأتي لكي تتجاوز المادة بنجاح دون أن تفهم ماهي, بل أتيت لتستفيد أولاً, لذلك أجتهد واترك عنك كل مايقال عند الدكاترة سواء بحق أو بباطل, فهذا الأمر لا يهم لأنك لو اجتهدت فستحصل على ما تريد بأمر الله, وذلك لكون بعض الطلاب يريد أن يحصل على درجات دون تعب, وإن لم يحصل عليها, نزل على معلم المادة, قد تكون هناك حالات ظلم نعم, لكن لا تشغل نفسك بهذا الأمر, فقط فكر في الفائدة, وهي من سيجلب لك الدرجات بأمر الله , لكونك ستسأل في الأشياء التي وجدت فيها الفائدة, ومن المؤكد ستجيب عليها بشكل صحيح إن شاء الله.</div> <div style="background-color: white; vertical-align: -0.1em !important; width: 1em !important;" /> – لكن الشئ الذي يجب أن تنتبه له هو – خروجك من الجامعة بالشهادة لا يعني أنك تستحق الوظيفة, وإنما ببساطة, الشهادة هي مفتاح لإدخالك المقابلات الشخصية, أي أن أرباب العمل والشركات وغيرهم يريدون أن يعرفوا من أنت؟ وماذا تعرف؟ وماذا ستصنع لهم؟ – لذلك يظن البعض أن رفض بعض الطلاب دلالة على عدم وجود وظائف والصحيح أن صاحب الشركة لا يريد أن يخسر ماله مقابل لا شئ – فكيف يعطيك راتب وأنت لا تجيد عمل ما يريده ؟! – لذلك احرص على تطوير نفسك في الجانب العملي كلما سنحت لك الفرصة.</div> <div style="background-color: white; clear: both; color: #333333; font-family: 'Droid Arabic Kufi', 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 5px 0px;"> 7-<span style="font-weight: 700;"> السنين تجري في كل الأحوال</span> : إياك أن تستعجل التخرج, وإياك أن تأخذ المواد تلو المواد وتضخم جدولك لتتخرج, فكر في الأمر بروية فأربع أو خمس سنوات, ستمر , سواء نجحت أو فشلت, والشهادة التي ستخرج بها – سيبقى فيها التقدير لبقية حياتك – لذلك حاول أن ترتب الأربع أو الخمس سنوات بشكل صحيح وتدرس فيها على مهل, وحاول أن تحصل على درجات عالية كنتيجة لإستفادتك من المادة, فالسنين ستمر ستمر, درست أو لم تدرس, تخرجت بسرعة أو على مهل.</div> <div style="background-color: white; clear: both; color: #333333; font-family: 'Droid Arabic Kufi', 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 5px 0px;"> 8- <span style="font-weight: 700;">اللغة الإنجليزية</span> : ركز على تحسين لغتك الإنجليزية بكثرة الإستماع ولكي تعرف كيف تستفيد من تعلم اللغة بالإستماع , وإياك أن تؤجل موضوع اللغة لكون أقسام الحاسب تعتمد إعتماد كلي عليها, واجعل موضوع تعلمها موضوع جدي (موضوع حياة أو موت).</div> <div style="background-color: white; clear: both; color: #333333; font-family: 'Droid Arabic Kufi', 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 5px 0px;"> 9-<span style="font-weight: 700;"> دائماً هناك طريقة أخرى</span> : هذه القاعدة مهمة جداً, فمثلاً عندما يحاول التلميذ فهم مسألة معينة ويفشل, فإنه يلوم نفسه وينعت نفسه بالغباء, حسناً, ألم تسأل نفسك : هل هناك طريقة أخرى لفهم هذه المسألة ؟ – بهذا الأسلوب ستبحث عن أساليب أخرى تساعدك على فهم المسألة, وعندها قد يكون الخلل ممن شرح المسألة وليست منك ولا من المسألة, لذلك, دائماً تذكر هذا السؤال واجعله في ذهنك في كل ما يواجهك أثناء الدراسة.</div> <div style="background-color: white; clear: both; color: #333333; font-family: 'Droid Arabic Kufi', 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 5px 0px;"> 17 – <span style="font-weight: 700;">اقرأ بالعربي والإنجليزي</span> : إبتعد عن النصيحة التي تقول (اقرأ فقط بالإنجليزي), بل على العكس اقرأ هنا وهناك, وتابع المواقع الإنجليزية والعربية في التخصص واقرأ المقالات التقنية باللغتين واقرأ الكتب أيضاً باللغتين, فلماذا تحرم نفسك الفائدة ؟, وبعدها قرر مايفيدك, ولا تأخذ النصيحة على أنها مسلمة أو قرآن بحيث تصر على لغة دون أخرى, وتذكر أنك تبحث عن الفائدة.</div> <div style="background-color: white; clear: both; color: #333333; font-family: 'Droid Arabic Kufi', 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 5px 0px;"> 18- <span style="font-weight: 700;">الفوائد معك أينما كنت</span> : دائماً حاول أن تستخدم التقنية في تسجيل ما تتعلمه حتى تصل له من أي مكان, فمثلاً بإمكان تخصيص بريد Gmail لك لكي تستفيد من كتابة المستندات والوصول لها من كل مكان تريده, بحيث تكتب ملخصاتك وأنت في المحاضرة وأنت في الجامعة في أي مكان وأنت في المقهى وأنت في المنزل, وحاول استخدام البريد في تنظيم نفسك بشكل صحيح وليس (مثالي لا يطاق).</div> <div style="background-color: white; font-size: 13px; padding: 5px 0px;"> <span style="font-weight: 700;">1- أنت لا تصنع المشروع لتعمل عليه لوحدك</span> : وهذا يعني أنك عند البدء في المشروع ضع في ذهنك المستخدمين ومن سيستخدمه ؟ وكيف سيستخدمه ؟ وماهي الشريحة المتوقعة لهذا المشروع؟ وكم عددهم ؟</div> <div style="background-color: white; clear: both; color: #333333; font-family: 'Droid Arabic Kufi', 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 5px 0px;"> <span style="font-weight: 700;">2- المشكلة بجوارك فلا تذهب بعيداً</span> : أغلب التلاميذ يفكرون في أشياء متقدمة ومحاكاة لما هو موجود عند الغرب (وهذا ليس عيب أو خطأ) لكن لو فكرت قليلاً لوجدت أنك المشاكل ذات القيمة العالية بجوارك – وببساطة – إسأل نفسك – ماهي المشكلة المكررة في المجتمع لدينا ويشتكي منها الناس ؟ – مع التنبيه على أن كلمة مجتمع يمكن أن تتحول إلى أي مجتمع كبير أو صغير مثل أن يكون المجتمع المقصود به (الدولة – المدينة – الجامعة – المدرسة — وغيرها) بحيث لو كان المقصود من المجتمع مثلاً الجامعة فعندها نقول : ماهي أكثر مشكلة يواجهها التلاميذ في الجامعة ويشتكون منها بشكل دائم ؟ وعندها قد يظهر لك أكثر من جواب – أختر حسب الأولوية من بين الأجوبة وذلك بحسب تأثير تلك المشكلة على الجامعة ومن ثم حاول إيجاد تطبيق أو برنامج يقوم بحل تلك المشكلة بطريقة إبداعية – ومن هنا تصبح للبرنامج أو مشروع التخرج قيمة فعلية ويحتاج إليه الناس.</div> <div style="background-color: white; clear: both; color: #333333; font-family: 'Droid Arabic Kufi', 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 5px 0px;"> <span style="font-weight: 700;">3- كثرة التقنيات المتقدمة في المشروع لاتعني أنه قوي أو أن المجتمع سيحتاج إليه</span> : وهذه نقطة مهمة, فكثير من التلاميذ يظن أنه في حال ملأ التطبيق أو المشروع بالتقنيات الحديثة, فهذا سيضمن له أن مشروعه (جبار) وهذا الكلام غير صحيح, فماذا سنستفيد من مشروع مليء بالتقنيات وليس له حاجة أو استخدام جدي يفيد المجتمع.</div> <div style="background-color: white; clear: both; color: #333333; font-family: 'Droid Arabic Kufi', 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 5px 0px;"> <span style="font-weight: 700;">4- المشروع في نقطتين</span> : الأولى هي أن المشروع هو عبارة عن (حل لمشكلة) أو إجابة على تساؤل والثانية هي أن تطبق المهارات التي تعلمتها في الجامعة أو من خارج الجامعة على الحل لتلك المشكلة بحيث تكسب الخيرين – الأول التفكير في إيجاد الحلول مع التطبيق العملي والثاني هو أنك أنتجت شيء ملموس.</div> <div style="background-color: white; clear: both; color: #333333; font-family: 'Droid Arabic Kufi', 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 5px 0px;"> <br /></div> <div style="background-color: white; clear: both; color: #333333; font-family: 'Droid Arabic Kufi', 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 5px 0px;"> <span style="font-weight: 700;">5- فكر بشكل أوسع</span> : عند محاولة حل المشكلة, إسأل من هم من خارج التخصص (عامة الناس) فغالباً ما تجد لديهم الكثير من المشاكل التي يودون حلها لكونهم لا ينظرون للأمور بنظرة تقنية وإنما بنظرة واقعية, فبإمكانك أن تستفيد منهم من خلال استنباط مشروع مناسب لأحد مشاكلهم أو أن تسألهم بعض الأسئلة عن المشكلة التي اخترتها أنت لتجد بعض الحلول الواقعية التي ستساعدك في إيجاد الحل المناسب لمشروعك.</div> <div style="background-color: white; clear: both; color: #333333; font-family: 'Droid Arabic Kufi', 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 5px 0px;"> <span style="font-weight: 700;">6- أختر فريق العمل بعناية</span> : فكونك زميلي فهذا لا يعني أني يجب أن أعمل معك (وهذه قوية على البعض ولا يستطيع أن يأخذ هذا القرار إلا شخص مسئول) – فهناك خيارين لزميلك – الأول أنه يعمل ويجتهد وهذا مناسب للعمل معه – والثاني أنه إتكالي – فهذا له خيارين إما أن يتعلم من خلال المشروع ويجتهد مع التشجيع من الفريق أو أن يتم استبعاده من الفريق – فلا مجال للمجاملات – <span style="font-weight: 700;">فالصداقة شيء والعمل شيء أخر.</span></div> <div style="background-color: white; font-size: 13px; padding: 5px 0px;"> <span style="font-weight: 700;">8- المشرف تبعي مو داري عن المشروع</span> : وهذه تحصل في الجامعات – فماذا أفعل ؟ ببساطة حاول أن تجعل المشرف الجامعي مجرد صورة إن لم تستطع الإنتقال لمشرف أخر – وحاول أن تبحث عن شخص يشرف على المشروع من داخل الجامعة أو من خارجها ليساعدكم على حل المشاكل التي تقعون فيها.</div> <div style="background-color: white; clear: both; color: #333333; font-family: 'Droid Arabic Kufi', 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 5px 0px;"> <span style="font-weight: 700;">9- مشروع التخرج هو خلاصة السنين</span> : سنوات وأنت تذهب إلى الجامعة وتعود منها – واليوم يجب أن تضع كل ما تعلمته من علم في هذا المشروع – لا تسخر أي جهد حتى تعكس مدى خبرتك وقوتك في المشروع.</div> <div style="background-color: white; clear: both; color: #333333; font-family: 'Droid Arabic Kufi', 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 5px 0px;"> <span style="font-weight: 700;">11- كيف نجتمع كفريق عمل</span> : هناك أدوات كثيرة تساعد على الإجتماع وليس شرطاً أن يكون الإجتماع مباشر – وأنصح ببرنامج GoToMeeting لعمل اللقاءات فهو قوي وتفاعلي ويمكن الفريق من تعديل الملفات وعمل المناقشات المرئية والصوتية وتسهيل الشرح – بإختصار أداة تفاعلية متكاملة للفريق.</div> <div style="background-color: white; clear: both; color: #333333; font-family: 'Droid Arabic Kufi', 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 5px 0px;"> <span style="font-weight: 700;">12- مشاركة الشفرة البرمجية</span> : الأفضل أن يكون المشروع موجود على أحد برامج إدارة الشفرة ويفضل أن يتم إستخدام Git وهناك مواقع كثيرة توفر هذه الخدمة مثل www.github.com و www.bitbucket.com و http://tfs.visualstudio.com و www.codeplex.com بحيث تستطيع أن تدير المشروع وتراجع الأخطاء وترفع التعديلات وتقارن التعديلات وكل ما يخص تطوير المشروع من أدوات وأمور موجود على هذه المواقع.</div> <div style="background-color: white; clear: both; color: #333333; font-family: 'Droid Arabic Kufi', 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 5px 0px;"> <span style="font-weight: 700;">13- الأدوات واللغات الخاصة بالتطوير </span>: عند إختيار لغة البرمجة المناسبة للتطوير فالأفضل أن لا تعطي القرار لوحدك بل يتم إعطاء القرار بالتصويت و بناءاً على نقاط واضحة.</div> <div style="background-color: white; clear: both; color: #333333; font-family: 'Droid Arabic Kufi', 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 5px 0px;"> <span style="font-weight: 700;">14- عندما تتحدث مع الآخرين عن المشروع :</span> لا تقل فعلت ولا تقل أنا قمت بـ .. ولا تستخدم (الأنا) — بل قل – نحن و فعلنا و قمنا بـ .. وهكذا – فهذا الأمر وعلى بساطته فإنه يعطي تأثير قوي عند الحديث عن المشروع ويظهر روح التعاون</div> <div style="background-color: white; clear: both; color: #333333; font-family: 'Droid Arabic Kufi', 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 5px 0px;"> <span style="font-weight: 700;">15- لكل مشروع مصادر :</span> هناك أساليب كثيرة لمتابعة المصادر وأولها الإنترنت – لكن يجب أن يكون لكل فريق على الأقل من ثلاثة إلى خمس مراجع (كتب) في ما يخص المشروع نفسه بحيث يعود الفريق لها.</div> <div style="background-color: white; clear: both; color: #333333; font-family: 'Droid Arabic Kufi', 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 5px 0px;"> <br /></div> <div style="background-color: white; clear: both; color: #333333; font-family: 'Droid Arabic Kufi', 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 5px 0px;"> <span style="font-weight: 700;">16- فرق تسد :</span> هذه القاعدة مفيدة جداً عن التعامل مع المهام, وخصوصاً عند الحاجة إلى قراءة كتاب يخص المشروع, فلو فرضنا أن هناك كتاب يتألف من 12 فصل وكان فريق العمل يتكون من 4 أشخاص, فعندها يتم عمل قرعة على أول 4 فصول بحيث يأخذ كل شخص فصل ويقرأه ويلخصه ويتم عمل جلسة – ويتحدث الشخص الأول الذي أسند إليه الفصل الأول ويلخص ما فهمه ثم يبدأ الشخص الثاني ويشرح الفصل الثاني وهكذا ثم عمل قرعة أخرى ويتم توزيع أربع فصول وبعدها أيضاً قرعة أخرى لأخر أربعة فصول وبكذا يصبح على كل شخص 3 فصول من الكتاب مع حصول كل شخص على فائدة الكتاب دون أن يقرأ الكتاب بشكل كامل – وهذا يوفر الوقت والجهد أيضاً.</div> <div style="background-color: white; clear: both; color: #333333; font-family: 'Droid Arabic Kufi', 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 5px 0px;"> <br /></div> <div style="background-color: white; clear: both; color: #333333; font-family: 'Droid Arabic Kufi', 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 5px 0px;"> <span style="font-weight: 700;">17- تصحيح الكود قد يؤذي المشاعر :</span> يظن بعض افراد فريق العمل أحياناً أنه شخص لا يخطيء ولكن لا يظهر هذا الأمر للفريق, وبمجرد أن يجد أحد الأعضاء خطأ في كود معين لذلك الشخص, فإن ذلك الشخص قد يأخذ مبدأ الدفاع وقد تحدث مشكلة, لذلك إذا اكتشفت أي خطأ في شفرة أحد الأعضاء فأستخدم عبارات لطيفة لتنبهه على وجود خطأ مثل ( تصدق شكلك نسيت تحط السطر هذا .. أو .. تصدق الكود اللي كاتبه أنت ممتاز بس بحكم خبرتك وش رأيك لو نحاول نختصره بطريقة أفضل أو نحله بأسلوب أخر).. وإياك أن تصادم الناس.</div> <div style="background-color: white; clear: both; color: #333333; font-family: 'Droid Arabic Kufi', 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 5px 0px;"> <br /></div> <div style="background-color: white; clear: both; color: #333333; font-family: 'Droid Arabic Kufi', 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 5px 0px;"> <span style="font-weight: 700;">18- عزز روح التواصل :</span> اجعل لفريق العمل لقاء مثلاً كل عشرة أيام – فقط لمجرد التواصل ودون الحديث عن المشروع أبداً – مثل الذهاب لنزهة في مكان معين أو الذهاب لمطعم أو أي مكان للإستجمام والبعد عن جو العمل والحديث عن أمور الحياة الأخرى – فهذا الأمر يقوي روح التواصل ويعتبر مثل محطة الشحن التي تساعد الفريق على العودة بقوة وحتى لا يتراجع حماس الفريق.</div> <div style="background-color: white; clear: both; color: #333333; font-family: 'Droid Arabic Kufi', 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 5px 0px;"> <span style="font-weight: 700;">19- المشروع صعب أم سهل :</span> إياك أن تظن أن صعوبة المشروع تعني قوته بل على العكس – انظر إلى تويتر نفسه – فهو في بنيته – برنامج سهل جداً وخفيف – لكن في فكرته قوة عجيبة وهذه هي كل الحكاية – ولو دققت النظر فيه فلن تجد الكثير من التفاصيل كالبرامج الكبيرة والمعقدة ولكنه قد يتفوق عليها بمسافات.</div> <div style="background-color: white;
